"In 2018 the station building was bought by the Danbury Railway Museum and moved to their rail yard", the co-ords of which are 41.397878°N, 73.449954°W. The co-ords 41.39341°N 73.51802°W are about 5.7 km WSW of the Danbury Railway Museum - so are they the co-ords where the building originally stood?
The intro refers to the "Danbury Railroad Museum", but under History it's the "Danbury Railway Museum" ... according to its website, the latter is correct.

Yes, the coordinates are at the actual station location. That's the best practice except in the rare case where the relocated building has notability independent of the actual station operations.
